Returns and Warranty Requests
First, if you’re reading this, you likely ordered a product from Tinker. Which means we owe you a huge “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than knowing you chose us for your furry friend, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know…
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
- Your product will arrive in ship shape. but should you notice something we missed don’t hesitate to let us know, give us a shout! (well maybe don’t shout…)
- We do not accept returns or exchanges, however please e-mail andrew@tinkertrading.com should you have any concerns.
- Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Tinker pass to you upon delivery of such products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. That said, we’ll do our best to assist you where we are able.
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale.
We’re not some mega-corporation that’s forgotten what it means to be helpful. You’re in good hands!
